Will the image watermark show on the final ordered product?


Nope! We put a watermark on some of our raw images so PNG Pirates have a harder time of copying our art and putting it on counterfeit and garbage products.

What's the return policy?


Wood Crafts Return Policy:

Wood and other products created directly by Tinderbox Wood Products:

We make our wood products. The product we send to you should be free from defects, but if you get something that is broken or has some other problem, contact us and let us know. For any defective products we will send a replacement. All instances of physical manufacturing problems must be reported with an image or video showing the defects.

In general, for wood products that we sell directly that you would simply like to return for a refund because it is no longer wanted, we allow returns up to 30 days from the receipt of the product. There is a 10% non-refundable fee for all returned goods, unless there is a physical or manufacturing defect, and customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Product must be returned in new condition.

Print on Demand products:

Items that are “Print on Demand” goods have our art we’ve created directly on them, but the manufacturing of the product is done by other fulfillment companies. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email with a description of the defect. We require an image or video of the defect, so please include at least an image of the issue when contacting us.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund of the product and may require the defective item to be shipped back to us. We will advise you of the process in this case.

If a return and refund of a product is requested and there is no manufacturing or product defect, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of the order. We must receive a return request explaining the reason for return within 30 days from the date of the order. There is a 10% fee for all such returns, and customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. Product must be returned in new condition.

For all approved returns we will send the shipping address information in our written correspondence.
